Coverage and interpretation
Current-round allotments only: historical columns repeated in later round PDFs are excluded. Quotas and allotted categories are kept distinct. Opening and closing AIR are observed minima and maxima, not admission probabilities or eligibility decisions. Quota eligibility must be checked separately. Counts across rounds are allotment events, not unique people or unique seats.
Institution names and addresses can vary across rounds. Conservative matching retains uncertain variants rather than merging different hospitals. The admission list contains 28,762 records and no AIR or category; its institutional counts are presented separately. It predates Stray and is not a final post-Stray admission count.
