Methodology & limitations
How the dashboard was assembled and how its outputs should be interpreted.
Separate counselling dimensions
Odisha Direct (DIR) and In-service (INS) candidates are retained as distinct dimensions. Management-marked seat pools are not merged with standard seats.
Evidence-labelled results
Historical rows are labelled as actual allotment, allotment upgrade or final admission. The evidence type travels with the result instead of being hidden during aggregation.
Candidate profile ≠ allotted category
Quick Rank stratifies historical outcomes by candidate category (and PwD/special reservation where applicable). The category under which a seat was allotted remains a separate result/filter attribute.
No probability claims
RC3 reports historical opening/closing ranks and rank margins only. It does not infer a probability of allotment from a single year of counselling.
What “within historical cutoff” means
If your AIR is numerically less than or equal to the historical closing AIR for a stratum, the dashboard marks it as within the 2025 historical cutoff. This is a retrospective comparison—not a forecast for a future counselling year.
Known source caveats
Privacy and public package
The deployed site contains aggregated/public-safe cutoff strata only. Candidate-level crosswalks and research working tables are not included in the Cloudflare package.
Data lineage
Research backbone: NEET_PG_Working_v0_4. Public runtime release: Cloudflare RC3. Institute and specialty aliases were normalized before the public lookup was generated.
